We accept returns from individual customers and companies. Returned product should be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to the address:

Please put a piece of paper with your order number and your bank account number in the package if the order was paid on delivery to the courier. If the order was prepaid then the funds are returned to the account from which it was paid.
Please secure the returned product in order not to damage it.
