2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

      • authorized employees and associates who use the data to fulfill the purpose of the site
      • companies, providing marketing services to the Administrator
    4. Your personal data processed by the Administrator for no longer than it is necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). With regard to marketing data, data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

      Once you have exercised your right to object, we will not continue to process your personal data unless we demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing and they override your interests and rights, or if the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending claims.

5. Information in forms

    1. The service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
    2. The service can save information about the connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
    3. The site, in some cases, may record information to facilitate the association of the data in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling out the form. In this case, the user's e-mail address appears inside the url of the page containing the form.
    4. The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to perform the process of service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.
    5. The service uses the user's email address for the purpose of sending marketing offers only if the user has consented to this. The user has the right to revoke this consent at any time ("unsubscribe") by sending an email to the store stating that he/she wishes to revoke consent.

7. Relevant marketing techniques

    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic, through Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device. Regarding the information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

The Operator uses remarketing techniques to tailor advertising messages to the user's behavior on the site, which may give the illusion that the user's personal information is being used to track the user, but in practice no personal information is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators.     3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology causes Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) to know that a person registered with it is using the Service. In this case, it relies on data in relation to which it is itself an administrator; the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from itself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's terminal device.
    4. In order to display the Trusted Shops Seal of Approval, as well as the collected customer reviews and the Trusted Shops product range available to buyers after ordering - Trusted Shops' Trustbadge is integrated into our website.
      The above serves to protect our legitimate interest in optimally presenting our offerings to the market. Trustbadge and the services advertised in this manner constitute an offer by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany. When Trustbadge is used, the server automatically saves so-called server logs, containing, for example, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting ISP (access data) and documents the Trustbadge call.
